Before that, I designed a B2B Transport Management System for multiple Reliance businesses, used by riders to deliver 200+ shipments per day in Mumbai. I’ve also worked on inclusive city research, sustainable residential design, and a WhatsApp solution for small savings groups that won the ‘GRID Design’ Design Hackathon.
