To ensure easy navigation, I created an accessible style guide and mapped the buyer persona's journey through interviews with the sales and support teams. I prioritized accessibility and inclusivity, delivering a user-centred design system optimized for all users.

Designed a product from inception to market fit in 6 months, closely working with founders, product managers, engineers, and marketers. Designed, maintained key system components, and created usage guidelines. Led continuous experiments and optimizations of user journeys. I oversaw the mobile experience for two products, Zoho Projects and Zoho Orchestly. For Orchestly, I created over 10 design flows from scratch, producing visual designs and prototypes. I successfully implemented localization, empty states, and an improved calendar experience in the existing design system for Zoho Projects.

I revamped the mobile experience for 3500 daily users by introducing a modular design system with typography, visual hierarchy, and interactions. I provided visual design solutions and prototypes, scoped features, and conducted usability testing during the alpha phase of the bot builder. Lastly, I worked with the Design Leadership team to evolve the design process through aspiration meetings.
