I’m looking for a remote controllership or finance management role with a US or international group—owning multi-entity close, compliance, and cross-border processes, working full-time US hours and coordinating with distributed teams.

I’m a dual-credentialled accountant (CA India + CPA Australia) with six years across statutory audit, controllership, and cross-border compliance. I currently own close, controls, and compliance for a three-entity B2B SaaS group spanning India, Singapore, and a Nevada C-corp.

I run multi-entity close and consolidation, manage US payroll and benefits administration, and own transfer pricing and compliance. I’ve cleaned books FY 2020–25 to an audit-ready state, migrated Tally to Zoho Books with zero disruption, and delivered practical savings through Mercury and banking rationalisation—plus resolved cross-border cash and tax refund issues.

I also lead risk and assurance, coordinate audits and due diligence, and build frameworks like an entity-wide Risk Assessment Matrix and FEMA study.
