At NBCUniversal, I extended a shared Python/pytest testing framework with Playwright UI automation for streaming workflows. The end-to-end tests validate titles, metadata, playback, captions, and audio languages against content API data, catching defects API-only tests missed.

I also used Playwright network interception to check HLS/DASH manifest and DRM license requests, and to verify graceful handling of mocked failures. Smoke tests run on every merge, with nightly regression across Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit.

At Quest Diagnostics, I coordinated testing across product, development, QA, and third-party teams in a regulated healthcare environment. I combined Selenium UI tests with SQL data validation for patient, appointment, order, and results data, and provided quality assessments for release decisions.

Earlier, at North American Savings Bank, I validated source-to-target data mappings and steered testing for software applications and SSRS reports. I also established NBCUniversal’s QA function and contributed more than 60 merged automation pull requests.
