I'm looking for a bilingual client intake, healthcare operations, customer operations, or compliance role where I can handle sensitive cases, maintain accurate documentation, resolve escalations, and support clients through clear, professional communication.

I've supported customers, patients, families, and community stakeholders across healthcare, financial services, compliance, and social programs for more than eight years.

At Chronwell, I reviewed 70–150 patient cases daily, verified insurance benefits, and helped prepare patients for enrollment. I maintained audit-ready records in Salesforce, eClinicalWorks, and GGastro while resolving coverage questions with clinical and operations teams.
