Performed HFC aerial and underground walkouts and QC of Charter HFC network maps, delivering 8–12 miles of design and 20–25 QC maps weekly to meet contractual milestones.

Led a 12-engineer team across three FTTH PON projects, created RFPs, coordinated design/material/schedule/turnover, and recovered two behind-schedule projects to invoiced completion.

Built and led a 15-engineer team, standardized MOPs and tools, and closed out 1.1M feet of fiber through permitting and invoicing, enabling Verizon One Fiber market closeouts.

Engineered CAD fiber designs and splicing for Verizon Salt Lake City market, enabled early delivery of 16 5G sites and helped clear $3M+ of past invoices via 3GIS clean-up.

Produced one-line fiber diagrams and processed pole package data for 4,000+ poles, QC’d permit packages and maintained as-builts/3GIS splice connectivity for client approval.

Engineered and oversaw pole make ready, pole change-outs and attachments, coordinated utilities and vendors, and improved processes to eliminate subcontractor dependency across projects.

Managed construction of FDHs and supervised 5–20 aerial/underground crews, producing accurate redlines and as-builts and closing out 42 of 43 FDHs on time or ahead of schedule.

Led underground crews and coordinated forward production, contributing to over 21 miles of conduit bored without utility strikes and improving on-site safety and efficiency.

Completed an Associate of Arts degree with coursework supporting telecommunications and engineering fundamentals.
