Performed multi-market OSP fiber splicing for Verizon, Ubiquity, and Frontier on 12- to 1,728-count cable across FTTH buildouts and CRAN deployments. Completed various splicing types and validated network performance using IOLM and OTDR.

Promoted through three roles, ultimately supervising Verizon field-splicing crews, daily assignments, schedules, production, field issue resolution, fiber testing, documentation, and billing review. Spliced and tested fiber across FTTH and CRAN builds and located underground fiber infrastructure.
