What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a customer-facing technical leadership role where I can drive enterprise MDR/EDR/XDR adoption and securely help teams adopt agentic AI in security operations—resolving escalations, shaping requirements with Engineering, and delivering measurable retention and value.

I’m a senior technical account leader focused on enterprise security and customer success, helping teams turn MDR/EDR/XDR into measurable outcomes. At Red Canary (a Zscaler company), I advise a ~700-account portfolio on onboarding, implementation, technical optimization, and ongoing adoption—driving more than 90% retention and serving as the team’s cybersecurity SME for complex escalations.

Before that, I was the EDR/XDR subject-matter expert for ~30 enterprise Carbon Black accounts and led a concierge security engineering team at Arctic Wolf supporting 30+ customers (~$10M ARR). Beneath the product work, I bring 14.5 years in Army Special Operations signals and cyber intelligence, managing a $5M capability portfolio and briefing senior decision-makers—now complemented by day-to-day agentic AI building through Cipher Pine LLC, including Mission Control, a workflow of 7+ agents for governance and planning.
