What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a hands-on Senior or Staff Engineer role where I can own architecture, build products, and help shape technical direction. I’m especially interested in AI-native startups or scale-ups, ideally using TypeScript across the stack, with a team that values sound engineering judgment and real product impact. I’m based in Hong Kong and open to local or Asia-compatible remote roles.

I’m a Tech Lead and full-stack engineer with more than 13 years of experience across web, mobile, cloud infrastructure, and technical leadership. As the sole technical employee at an AI-native venture studio, I design, build, and operate products using TypeScript, React, Next.js, TanStack Start, Convex, Vercel, RAG, MCP, and voice AI. I have shipped a live venture and several prototypes, maintained over 99.9% uptime, and built systems for interview analysis, ATS integration, product analytics, and intelligent job matching.

Earlier in my career, I built HR technology, large React applications, mobile products, and cloud systems using C#/.NET, Node.js, SQL, Azure, AWS, Terraform, React Native, and Swift. I’m now looking for a hands-on Senior or Staff Engineer role where I can own architecture, build useful products, and help guide technical direction—ideally at an AI-native startup or scale-up.
