I'm currently the owner’s representative scheduler for COVA Group’s global client programme, where I lead planning-stage scheduling, manage Primavera P6 and MS Project programmes, and report directly to the Project Director.
At SMEC Philippines, I led scheduling for the 600 MW Wawa Pumped-Storage Hydropower Project, developing its resource-loaded baseline programme and challenging contractor submissions to protect the client’s time and cost position. I produced executive progress reporting, performed Time Impact Analysis, and prepared Extension of Time assessments and retrospective delay analyses.
My work across the UAE includes directing planning and project controls for Carlisle Contracting’s landscape, streetscape, and aviation-infrastructure portfolio, as well as delivering schedule controls for education, residential, retail, hospitality, and healthcare projects with Dhafra International Projects Group and Shapoorji Pallonji Mideast.
Across 13+ years in civil engineering and project controls, I’ve owned baseline programming, critical-path management, earned value tracking, recovery planning, and forensic delay analysis. I turn complex programme data into clear decisions while holding contractors accountable for delivery.
