I am a licensed Project Engineer with 3 years of experience in the fit-out, high-rise residential, and trade hall project, managing the quantity take-off or estimating using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Planswift, iTWO costX, Bluebeam, and Cubicost. Also, I have experience when it comes to preparation of Bill of Quantities and costing. I have prepared complete set of Budget in my current project. Also, I am experience in using Primavera and MS Project for scheduling, SAP and Power BI for financial and project management, AutoCAD and Revit for technical drawings. In addition to this, I have experience under the General Contractor and currently, the Project Management/Owner's side of the project wherein I also do site supervision, procurement of needed resources, handling billings, preparing schedules, and other construction related tasks.
In addition to this and to ensure proper coordination, I have an experience on coordinating with the different stakeholders especially with the Executives and Contractor Owners with different race such as Filipinos, Americans, Chinese, and Vietnamese, and Egyptians.
