What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute construction planning and project controls expertise on complex multidisciplinary projects, including schedule development, contractor programme reviews, delay analysis, and data-driven performance reporting.

I've delivered more than 100 tender and construction schedules across residential, commercial, and institutional projects in the Philippines, Australia, and the UK.

At FeelDX, I delivered 80+ tender programmes and project schedules, led two junior planners, and supported 80+ EOT submissions with a 90% approval rate. I also develop site management and construction sequencing plans, validate assumptions through quantity takeoffs, and work closely with remote multidisciplinary teams.

Previously, I managed baseline schedules for 20+ projects at DCI and DCII and led planning controls for Ayala Land Premier's Gardencourt Residences at MDC. I'm a licensed civil engineer who uses Primavera P6, Oracle Primavera Cloud, MS Project, DCMA assessments, earned value analysis, and forensic scheduling to help teams make better project decisions.
