I'm currently planning and monitoring the Greenbelt 2 Townhomes Reinvention Project at T1 Project Management Inc., preparing Primavera P6 baseline schedules, tracking weekly accomplishments, and coordinating accurate site reporting. I also supported planning and monitoring for the completion of Greenbelt 3 Cinema Lobby, Cinemas, and Toilets.

Before moving into project planning, I delivered QA/QC inspections for the ₱11 billion, 38,000 sqm Dyson Technology Centre at FPIP. I coordinated quality issue closure, managed punch lists in Procore, and aligned civil, structural, and architectural quality activities with the project schedule.

My experience also includes QA/QC work on the Rated-3 Certified Vitro Santa Rosa Data Center, where I prepared NCRs and SORs, witnessed testing, and reported quality and progress status. As a Project Engineer and Field Engineer, I supervised road concreting, site development, daily construction operations, subcontractors, materials, and logistics.

I'm a Registered Civil Engineer focused on realistic schedules grounded in actual site conditions, effective coordination, and on-time project delivery.
