Justina Michael

I’m a BSc Community Development graduate who’s passionate about using communication, organization, and community engagement to strengthen education and community development initiatives. I’m seeking opportunities to grow my knowledge in project management, counseling, and leadership while creating meaningful impact in society.

In my experience with STEAMLabs Innovation Academy (SIA), I supported communication and engagement for education-focused initiatives, coordinating student learning activities and outreach programs. I also contributed to digital learning and AI awareness initiatives, and strengthened stakeholder connection through clear communication.

I also served as an Official Communication Representative for Africa's Educators Collaborative, where I managed communication materials and coordination support for educational programs. Alongside emotional intelligence, social learning, and leadership development programs, I’ve completed Project Management (PMBOK 7th Edition) and Data Analysis Training to bring more structure, documentation, and thoughtful coordination to the work.
