What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead mission-critical software delivery, scale high-performing engineering organizations, improve time-to-market, and build a culture of ownership, trust, continuous feedback, and long-term growth.

At InvaSys, I lead software architects and engineers delivering mission-critical counter-terrorism and organized-crime prevention platforms using Python, C, C++, Java, and React. I partner with the executive board to improve product management, accelerate delivery, and build a secure, scalable, operationally ready platform.

I've led engineering organizations of 60+ at AT&T and 90+ at SDE Software Solutions, hiring more than 150 technical professionals and delivering OSS, SDN, AI, and customer software projects. At AT&T, I helped deliver GIGAPOWER OSS across seven US states and launched SDN modules supporting networks in 18 states.

Through Murmaider Software, I provide on-demand development teams, consulting, Agile transformations, PoCs, and MVPs. I build self-managed teams through candor, empathy, delegation, trust, continuous feedback, and a focus on long-term cultural growth.
