What I'm looking for

I seek a leadership role where I can own architecture and delivery, coach engineers, set clear OKRs, and improve processes in a collaborative, growth-focused company.

I am an engineering leader with a strong hands-on background in PHP and modern frontend technologies, focused on delivering high-quality web applications and scalable architectures.

I have led multiple engineering teams, owned product roadmaps, and improved delivery through better estimation, planning, and CI/CD practices while removing technical debt and introducing domain-driven design.

My technical experience spans Symfony, Laravel, Vue, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Docker and various databases and messaging systems; I actively contribute to system design, performance and onboarding processes.

I coach engineers, set OKRs, measure team performance, and transfer technical leadership to build autonomous teams that deliver predictable outcomes.
