I am a Financial Analyst with 5+ years' experience delivering project finance, valuation and financial modelling for large-scale infrastructure and real estate projects. I have led and developed detailed financial models and feasibility studies for port and terminal projects (including INR 500 Cr and INR 1,041 Cr DPRs), assessed bankability using DSCR, IRR and NPV, and advised NBFCs, private equity and public-sector clients on transactions exceeding INR 2,000 Cr.
