I’m a motivated and reliable professional with experience in customer service, retail, and administrative environments. I’m known for strong communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Currently, as a Sales Assistant at Selfridges & Co, I deliver high standards of customer service, assist customers with product recommendations, and support training of new team members. I also maintain store presentation and stock levels to keep the customer experience consistent.

Previously, I worked as a Retail Assistant at JD Sports, where I assisted customers with product selection, processed stock deliveries, and supported management and junior staff. Earlier in an administrative work placement at AA, I completed data entry, filing, and document management, while observing office operations and procedures.

Alongside retail and admin work, I freelance as a Photographer & Assistant with MY Aspire Media LTD. I work with clients on photography and videography projects, managing schedules and equipment while staying adaptable and quick to learn in new challenges.
