I’m looking to improve patient understanding and outcomes through education and support of patients and their families via remote education.

I’m a Charge Nurse and Patient Flow Coordinator in Pre- & Post-Operative Services, with 5 years’ experience as a staff RN and preceptor and 4.5 years as a charge nurse in a 26-bed pediatric general ward. I coordinate day-to-day patient flow across perioperative units supporting OR, cystoscopy, and endoscopy services, keeping schedules, staffing, and resources aligned to ensure on-time readiness and smooth transitions.

Across my roles, I’ve been known for conscientious, caring, and calm leadership—using conflict-resolution and complex problem-solving to manage dynamic priorities. I support onboarding and mentoring, use Epic EMR and operational data to track patient progress and discharge timelines, and drive quality improvement and process standardization through workforce planning, documentation, and cross-functional coordination.
