I'm seeking opportunities to contribute to reliable, patient-centered digital products within collaborative, quality-focused teams.

At IBM, I validated enterprise banking software across cloud, mainframe, and distributed environments, testing payment, collections, and account-management workflows. I designed functional, regression, integration, and data-validation tests across six interconnected repositories, and implemented a performance and load-testing process.

Through Independent Consulting, I reviewed 13 EHR and operational workflows, including HL7/FHIR interoperability, and identified six priority gaps for Product and Engineering teams. My QA work spans healthtech, fintech, automotive, and enterprise products, and my clinical experience informs how I assess patient safety, healthcare workflows, and Medical AI outputs.
