I've built QA practices and scalable automation frameworks from scratch for Visby Medical and Olly Olly, spanning UI, API, mobile, and backend validation.

At Visby Medical, I created Flutter integration and E2E testing for iOS and Android, reducing regression-related defects by 60%. I own release validation across mobile and backend systems in an FDA-regulated environment.

At Olly Olly, I led API testing strategy for a SaaS CRM platform and built Playwright-to-TestRail automation that saved 4–6 hours per release. I also identified and classified more than 60 production-impacting defects in my first four months.

I work hands-on with CI/CD, cloud logging, SQL test data, and production debugging to make quality scale with product growth. My work has helped reduce customer-reported defects from 20% to 1%.
