I’m a results-driven Quality Assurance Lead / Senior Quality Assurance Engineer with 8+ years ensuring high-quality software releases through manual testing, API validation, SQL verification, and quality process improvements. I focus on closing requirement gaps, strengthening coverage, and delivering confidence before production.

In my current role, I analyzed functional and design requirements and API documentation in GitHub to improve test coverage and reduce requirement gaps. I’ve led QA teams—mentoring 22 QA engineers and leading a team of 8—while executing 1,000+ manual test cases across 100+ features and identifying 200+ critical defects before production. I also validated 20+ REST API endpoints with Postman, performed end-to-end testing of multiple payment gateways, and supported the release of 100+ production features with thorough functional, regression, and validation testing.

I improve how teams work by redesigning QA templates and reporting workflows—automating daily status reporting by integrating Jira Cloud with Google Sheets, and enhancing Monthly reporting with Excel automation and defect-rate/deadline tracking. Previously at Kyocera Document Solutions Development Philippines, Inc., I developed test plans and 1,000+ test cases, executed performance/functional/regression testing for printer and MFP systems, managed test configurations with SVN, and delivered technical training to accelerate onboarding. I’m also ISTQB Certified (CTFL), and I bring that structured, quality-first mindset into every release.
