I've led end-to-end quality assurance work for fintech, web, mobile, desktop, and Progressive Web Applications, most recently as a freelance Senior Software QA Engineer. I perform manual functional, regression, smoke, exploratory, and end-to-end testing through release validation and QA sign-off.

At ZZ Connect, I led and mentored QA team members while developing test plans, cases, and procedures for a fintech system. I also managed capacity planning, estimation, staffing, stakeholder reporting, client communication, and automation initiatives using Selenium and Appium.

During eight years at Accenture, I partnered with clients, developers, and Scrum teams to clarify requirements, manage defects, and deliver quality releases. I created SIT and UAT test cases, supported critical go/no-go decisions, and previously tested C code for automotive systems while consistently meeting quality, schedule, and budget standards.

I'm an ISTQB Certified Tester Advanced Level Test Manager, Certified Tester Foundation Level, and Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt. I bring 14 years of software QA and manual testing experience, with a focus on practical process improvements that increase productivity, reliability, and client satisfaction.
