I’m an IT Systems and Infrastructure Engineer and Data Protection SME, focused on building resilient backup infrastructure and ensuring reliable data protection across platforms. I secure environments, manage enterprise storage, and optimize backup and restore processes for availability and business continuity.

In my current DXC Technology work, I manage backup and recovery operations for multiple global clients within a virtual private cloud (VPC). I execute complex, application-consistent, granular, cross-platform restores and lead disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution with defined RPO/RTO objectives.

Previously, as a Senior Analyst II Cloud Engineering at DXC Technology, I served as an L3 escalation point for storage, backup, and recovery incidents. I configured and maintained enterprise backup solutions across multi-tenant environments, enforced security and compliance controls (including encryption at rest/in transit and RBAC), and delivered large-scale migrations and upgrades with minimal downtime.

I also bring hands-on systems engineering experience from Creative InfoSolutions, Inc., where I implemented backup systems for large banks and telecommunication companies, designed backup infrastructure, and mentored engineers on backup architecture and design principles. I’ve been recognized with awards including “Outstanding Technical Employee of the year 2019,” and I contribute by proactively identifying, resolving, and preventing backup/recovery issues while supporting onboarding and technical training.
