What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an IT role where I can combine technical support with web development, solve problems quickly, communicate clearly with users, and continuously improve processes in a collaborative environment.

I’m a student in Information Technology Management, focused on building a career where I combine web development with technical support. My goal is to contribute with organization, fast problem resolution, and continuous process improvement—backed by hands-on experience in customer support and troubleshooting.

In my projects and skills, I work with HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JavaScript, Node.js, and Express, integrating APIs and validating forms through debugging. I also handle environments and deployments using .env, and work with SQLite and MongoDB to support reliable, maintainable implementations—always prioritizing user needs and clear communication.
