I’m a Facilities Supervisor who partners closely with directors and facilities managers to keep day-to-day operations steady, productive, and event-ready. I handle outside vendor coordination, create on-call schedules, and code and approve all facilities invoices before passing them to finance for processing. I also manage HVAC systems and build budget-support spreadsheets to keep costs and scheduling aligned with site needs.

Before facilities, I strengthened safety and access control as a Security Supervisor, monitoring guards, training and evaluating personnel on fire panels and protocols, and using CCTV to record and review unwarranted activity. I built SOP handbooks for in-house guards and supported secure access by working in C-Cure (APP) for key cards and access points, plus Microsoft 365 and Proxy Click to create QR codes for building entrants. Earlier experience in loss prevention rounded out my ability to supervise store activity, track pilferage metrics, and support loss prevention managers with clear reporting.
