At realworld one, I lead the Platform and Information Security departments and take on Head of Product responsibilities. I manage a budget of over €2M and cut overall costs by over 40% through cloud-saving initiatives, vendor control, and process optimization.

I delivered 95%+ of roadmap commitments on time while improving the Platform quality KPI by 20%. I owned major releases, including the transition to standalone VR headsets and the new admin and analytics web portal, alongside ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 certification efforts.

Before becoming Director of Platform, I led product work at realworld one, shaping product direction and guiding four Product and Project Managers. I owned the design, development, and rollout of the company's largest product release, and introduced AI-driven workflows for prototyping, user stories, acceptance criteria, and bug reports.

Earlier, I delivered XR projects for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients at realworld one and led software and hardware implementation across 100+ rental locations at SIXT. At SIXT, I also led e-Mobility initiatives and piloted AI for damage detection and plate recognition.
