Judit Csurka

I am a compassionate and driven nutrition professional with over three years' experience as a Nutritionist and more than a decade in the hospitality sector, currently completing an MSc in Dietetics (pre-registration). I combine clinical knowledge with practical service experience to deliver empathetic, patient-focused care.

My clinical placements have been predominantly in acute NHS hospital settings, providing inpatient and outpatient care across surgical, medical, orthopaedic and elderly wards. I have managed cases spanning diabetes, head and neck and upper GI cancer, gastroenterology and eating disorders, working to Band 5–7 complexity and gaining hands-on experience with enteral feeding and complex nutrition support.

I also have experience delivering dietetic care in private and care-home settings and apply evidence-based approaches to personalised care planning and monitoring for residents with complex needs. In a remote nutritionist role I analysed ingredient lists, nutritional profiles and food labelling across thousands of products, validated dietary tagging frameworks (vegan, gluten-free, low FODMAP) and contributed to nutrition-driven recommendation systems supporting major retailers and health organisations.

I work well within multidisciplinary teams, prioritise clear communication, and focus on measurable improvements in nutritional outcomes. I am committed to continuing professional development as I progress toward registration, and I seek roles where I can apply clinical skills, support behaviour change, and contribute to high-quality, evidence-based nutrition care.
