Business Data Analyst turning logistics and finance data into dashboards and decisions.
What I'm looking for
I’m an Industrial Engineer focused on logistics with a strong analytical mindset for problem-solving. I specialize in Data Analysis, ETL processes (Extract, Transform, Load), and Dashboard development, and I’m driven by continuous learning.
In my current role as Sales Trainee at Smurfit Westrock, I design and develop key performance dashboards for the sales department and execute ETL processes to maintain and optimize divisional databases. I analyze sales trends across South America, Central America, and the Caribbean to identify market opportunities, while also supporting demand planning adjustments.
Previously at CIAT, I worked as a Financial Assistant (Project FP&A) and as a Logistics Intern, strengthening my ability to connect data to operational and financial outcomes. I managed budget allocation and expenditure forecasting, generated donor financial reports, and handled supplier performance through On-Time Delivery (OTD) metrics and ERP data entry.
I’ve achieved measurable impact—like reducing unallocated personnel expenses by 53% and cutting supplier onboarding time by 50%—and I bring a collaborative, proactive approach from training 10+ international colleagues. I’m currently advancing my expertise through a Master’s in Data Science.
