At Fujitsu, I lead a 3-person product design squad responsible for the end-to-end design of a global commissioning platform. I work across discovery, research, validation, and production delivery, translating complex technical constraints into viable user experiences.
I led the platform’s Design System redesign, introducing slot-based components, design tokens, variables, usage guidelines, and documentation. I also coordinated the component library migration to PrimeVue and established reusable patterns to reduce design effort.
As a Product Designer at Fujitsu, I redesigned and validated the Commissioning Report through an A/B test; 60% of users performed better with Option B. I also designed a diagnostic decision tree linking HVAC error codes to repair instructions, reducing time spent on site visits by 30%.
At Accenture, I redesigned Avianca’s Help Center and built a Design System for Skillsoft. Earlier, I redesigned a mobile e-commerce checkout at ItechColombia and the corporate website at Frapon. My work draws on user research, interaction design, prototyping, and usability testing.
