At SHI International, I've delivered Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for eight years, including a 20-plugin migration completed in two months versus a contractor's six-month estimate. I build the shared infrastructure other developers depend on, from BasePlugin telemetry to centralized Power Automate error observability.
I've eliminated plugin timeouts through batched Dataverse retrieval, refactored legacy plugins to SOLID boundaries with 100+ tests, and set company standards for Power Automate cloud flows.
