I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end features, build reliable full-stack systems, and mentor engineers—turning complex requirements into shipped product in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

I’m a Staff-level Software Engineer with 10+ years of experience building and shipping production software across full-stack environments. I scope and lead complex technical projects, mentor engineering teams, and drive product outcomes in fast-paced settings where technical excellence matters.

At MERP Systems, I own features end-to-end—from scoping through production deployment—across Power Apps Portals and Dynamics 365 customizations. I architect and optimize custom C# plugins and JavaScript functions, build cloud flows/workflows and entity models in the Power Platform, integrate SharePoint document management with Dynamics 365 entities, and set up CI/CD pipelines to streamline releases. I also design Xpertdoc Smart Flow templates and SSRS reports, and author documentation that’s adopted across the organization.

Previously, I shipped product features and REST API integrations at Verisk Analytics, diagnosing and resolving full-stack issues and improving data-layer logic with SQL. Earlier, I re-architected and optimized a C# AutoCAD plugin, automated data pipelines to eliminate manual entry errors, and supported reporting with Power BI and custom SQL—plus, as an early employee at ReportsNow, I delivered core platform features and led customer onboarding and training that shaped iterative improvements.
