I’m a Power Platform specialist and Dynamics 365 developer with 12+ years of experience building enterprise-grade low-code and pro-code solutions on the Microsoft stack. I focus on designing scalable Dataverse architectures, complex Power Automate flows, and custom Power Apps that extend Dynamics 365 capabilities. I also bring a strong background in Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and governance frameworks for enterprise adoption at scale.

In my current role as a Senior Power Platform & D365 Developer, I define enterprise Power Platform solutions end-to-end—environment topology, DLP policies, CoE governance, and managed environment strategy across multiple industries. I design and deliver Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions that leverage Copilot Studio for AI-powered automation and self-service customer experiences. I build high-complexity automation integrating Dynamics 365 with ERP, SharePoint, Teams, and external SaaS platforms, with robust error handling and retry logic.

I’ve implemented AI Builder solutions for intelligent document processing and predictive scoring within Dynamics 365 workflows, reducing manual data entry by over 60%. I also lead Power Platform adoption programs for enterprise clients, including training delivery, governance documentation, and CoE Starter Kit deployment and customization. Beyond development, I deliver PCF controls for richly interactive custom components within Dynamics 365 model-driven applications and Power Apps.

Earlier roles strengthened my breadth across the full lifecycle of business process automation and application delivery—model-driven and canvas Power Apps, Power Pages portals, and reliable ALM pipelines using Azure DevOps and Power Platform Build Tools. I’ve mentored developers on Power Platform best practices and built Copilot Studio bots for customer service automation and case routing with full conversation context. I’m comfortable going from Dataverse security modeling and embedded Power BI dashboards to Dynamics CRM customization with plugins, JavaScript enhancements, and workflow automation.
