Researched the evidence base behind a blended finance fund's financial model and prepared the fund's first conversations with investors. Wrote a meta-study report with 28 findings and built a pipeline database of 269 enterprises.

Designed participatory methods for two provincial cooperation tables, working with over 20 organizations. Logged 88 proposed changes to management models and wrote strategies and roadmaps.

Co-designed and facilitated 9 workshops for nearly 250 rural producers on financial planning and export readiness. Advised 4 producer associations on internal management.

Reviewed initiatives from 30 Indigenous nationalities before they went to donors, checking theory of change, logframe, indicators, and budgets.

Set up the province's first international cooperation office and led a team of 4. Designed and coordinated the province's first cooperation table for conservation and prepared a USD 1 million application that was awarded.

Co-authored the greenhouse gas baseline for Ecuador's construction sector and consolidated close to 40 policy recommendations.

Raised and supervised more than USD 70,000 in international grants for Achuar territorial-protection and food-sovereignty projects, including a satellite early-warning system.
