At Linex Travel (formerly UltraGroup), I design, build, and deploy AI-native solutions to address client and internal problems. I work with stakeholders to define scope and success criteria, then assemble agents, APIs, and data flows and verify real usage before handover.

Previously, I worked in software quality at Smartlinks SAS, designing and executing manual and automated testing strategies. At Montechelo, I led an implementation team of three, and as an apprentice at Colombian Outsourcing Solutions, I developed web features and fixed bugs.
