I’m an Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales who has developed professionally in the area of Infraestructura TI, soporte empresarial and seguridad informática, always oriented to stability and continuous improvement. I work under the criterion of processes aligned de la ISO 27001 e ISO 9001.

In my recent role, I administro infraestructura en Microsoft Azure, including the automatización de procesos and the gestión de servicios corporativos. I perform monitoreo proactivo de redes, servidores y aplicaciones with Data Dog and PRTG, and I administer identities and access with Azure Active Directory.

I also strengthen security through servidores cloud y firewalls (WatchGuard and Fortinet), and I support information protection using solutions like Kaspersky. For resilience, I manage backups, recovery and borrado seguro de información with Acronis and Macrium, while handling incidences through tools such as Salesforce.

Previously, I configured and administered enterprise platforms using IIS, .NET and SQL Server Management Studio, and I managed users, access and security policies with Active Directory. I’ve also built virtualized environments in VMware and Proxmox, provided N2/N3 infrastructure support with ZohoDesk and ServiceNow, and worked in networks and cableado estructurado since 2011.
