I've built a career across clinical psychology, psychological evaluation, teaching, and public-sector programs in Ecuador, while maintaining an independent clinical psychology practice since 2013.
In my current CRM-based customer care role, I manage calls, translate between English and Spanish, process care management work, and support telemarketing and sales. Previously, I evaluated candidates for Ecuador's Ministry of Economic and Social Inclusion, Judicial Council, and School of Judicial Function.
I've also taught psychology and primary care technicians, directed a university Student Welfare Department, and worked in music therapy. My training combines clinical psychology with nursing, pedagogy, management, and clinical research.
