What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply bilingual psychology and coaching strengths in multicultural settings—designing and delivering educational/training programs, supporting youth, and coordinating HR and inclusion-focused processes—while continuously improving in fast-paced environments.

I’m a Bilingual Psychologist with academic and professional experience in multicultural environments. My background blends educational program development, administrative management, and strong interpersonal communication to support continuous improvement in high-demand settings.

In recent roles, I’ve promoted Spanish language development through play and conversation as an AuPairCare childcare provider, and I’ve worked as a Job Coach (Labor Tutor) guiding youth (including individuals with Down syndrome) in personal, social, and professional growth. I also bring experience in training and organizational development through HR coordination, recruitment support, and internal HR communications, always focused on inclusion, performance monitoring, and measurable progress.
