At Viant Medical Costa Rica, I work as a Manufacturing Engineer I (Projects and sustaining engineer), responsible for writing and executing validation protocols (IQ, OQ, PQ, PPQ), preparing technical reports, and supporting production lines. I also create and update BOMs, MPIs, and DMRs, handle quality issues such as NCs and SCARs, and maintain direct client communication to ensure project alignment and timely resolution of technical concerns.
