Juan Camilo Moreno Rojas

I’m a ninth-semester Systems and Computing Engineering student specializing in backend development and data analysis. I build REST APIs, integrate services for automation, and use statistical analysis to extract patterns from real data.

In my projects, I developed a full-stack application using NestJS for the backend and React for the frontend, following modular architecture and RESTful design principles. I also worked on a data science project analyzing burnout among IT professionals, using Python in Jupyter Notebook for exploratory and statistical work, visualization, and a predictive model. To improve access and usability, I contributed to a website presenting the findings and implemented a chatbot to help users understand the results.

I’m currently strengthening my core skills in JavaScripts,React, SQL, and information visualization for decision-making, and I enjoy working in structured, iterative environments aligned with SCRUM. I’m motivated by building systems that are both automated and reliable, even within resource-constrained conditions.
