At ITTI S.A.E.C.A. (Grupo Vázquez · ueno bank), I lead the AI cell responsible for 12+ conversational assistants in production. I led the move from Kore.ai to an in-house agentic framework using LangGraph and AWS Bedrock; positive resolution rose to 74%, and deploying a new agent fell from 10 months to under two weeks.

At Tenpo, I redesigned and scaled the Data & AI area, taking 20+ machine learning models to production and establishing a data platform supporting 500+ ingestions and 200+ dbt flows.
