At West Ada School District, I manage districtwide technology initiatives, including an attendance transformation that reduced decision latency from 10 days to 2. I coordinate leaders, departments, IT teams, and vendors on requirements, pilots, process redesign, and change management.

I’m also spearheading a cloud-based records repository initiative. So far, 23K+ outdated physical files have been purged, 96K+ electronic files created, and 51K+ historical transcripts captured; streamlined enrollment processes increased efficiency 70%.

At West Ada, I led the digital transformation of student open enrollment, replacing paper workflows with a secure online system for 5K+ annual applications. The process supports $4M in annual funding allocation, and I developed 20+ SQL queries for compliance submissions and reporting.

Earlier, I managed software migrations and database integrations for federal programs, including a cloud migration that improved reliability, accessibility, and security for more than 60,000 sensitive student records. I also developed 10+ Power BI dashboards to give leadership performance reporting and decision-making visibility.
