I seek a client-focused finance role where I can apply data analysis and credit management skills, contribute to operational efficiency, and grow into relationship management or treasury responsibilities.

I am a bilingual (French/English) finance professional completing a Master 2 in Management Sciences at BEM Dakar, with hands-on experience across marketing, finance, treasury, and retail banking operations. I transitioned from marketing to finance at COFINA, supported billing and cash-flow monitoring, managed KPI reporting, and ran digital customer relationship initiatives that improved client engagement.

At Coris Bank I advised retail customers, supported onboarding and payment method setup, generated account statements, and ensured secure delivery of banking instruments while educating clients on transactional tools. I combine Excel and Power BI data analysis with credit and debt management knowledge to design tailored financial solutions and drive operational efficiency.
