I’m a results-driven Product Manager focused on improving user experience with data-driven decisions. I enjoy identifying product gaps, defining solutions, and turning product strategy into clear requirements that guide real delivery.
Through my Lead Product Manager experience on a recruitment platform, I conducted user research (surveys and interviews) and translated insights into detailed user stories and functional specifications. I partnered with backend, frontend, mobile developers, and product designers to define workflows, APIs, and feature implementation—then iterated based on performance monitoring, feedback, and insights.
I’ve also built an end-to-end Grocery MVP (ShopSmart) by running market research, designing a low-tech MVP using Google Forms and WhatsApp, and mapping the flow from order placement to fulfillment and delivery. In operations, I improved efficiency by identifying inefficiencies and implementing structured solutions while collaborating across teams to resolve customer- and process-related challenges.
