At CBI Home Health and Nutritionwize Diet Clinic, I provide individualized nutrition assessment, counselling, education, and care planning for clients transitioning home from hospital and those referred for diabetes, dyslipidemia, fatty liver disease, and anemia.

I help clients and caregivers manage nutrition-related risks including malnutrition, frailty, sarcopenia, wounds, and chronic disease while supporting safe recovery, independence, and continuity of care. I collaborate closely with interprofessional teams to deliver practical, patient-centered nutrition interventions.

During my dietetic internship at Mississauga Hospital, I supported acute stroke and cardiac surgery patients through comprehensive assessments, texture-modified and therapeutic diet recommendations, enteral nutrition, oral supplementation, and clinical monitoring.

I've also delivered diabetes education, supported kidney clinic patients with complex conditions, developed inclusive school nutrition resources, and contributed to research evaluating a preschool school food program.
