Provides services to patients with life-threatening illnesses or injuries in the Intensive Care Unit, collaborating with patients and families to support recovery. Completed clinical rotations in medical/surgical units, mental health, and labour and delivery, as well as a consolidation at Lakeridge Health Oshawa CCU. Collaborated with nursing staff to coordinate patient care and demonstrate competence.

Stored food properly, cleaned workstations, and complied with food safety regulations. Entered orders, processed payments, met targets, carried out dinner rushes as lead line cook, performed inventory duties, and ensured HACCP logs were completed.
