At Richardson Freight Corp, I coordinated refrigerated loads on recurring routes between Omaha, Los Angeles, and Denver. I communicated with drivers about schedules and pickup and delivery progress across multi-leg trips.

I monitored shipment status, handled scheduling disruptions, and supported continuity between consecutive loads. My dispatch work covered reefer freight and dedicated lanes.

At John Logistics, I troubleshot ELD software and driver-log issues and supported Hours-of-Service monitoring and reporting. I also provided operational support using fleet data, GPS monitoring, and driver activity information.

Earlier, at Doo Maleš Tahograf, I performed tachograph diagnostics and calibration and vehicle inspection checks. As a freelance IT Systems & Database Developer, I developed and maintained PHP/MySQL solutions, Linux environments, and automated reporting workflows.
