At T-Mobile, I managed seven Customer Experience Centers across the East Region, overseeing operations for facilities averaging 100,000 square feet each. I led 14 Facilities Specialists and Sr. Specialists, coordinated support for 161 on-site vendors, and helped open three new CECs nationwide.
I bring hands-on experience in vendor contracts, accrual-based budgets, maintenance, construction oversight, safety compliance, and cross-functional operations. Earlier, I managed a 126,000-square-foot T-Mobile center and built project estimating and field-execution experience at Stonee Masonry Contractors.
