At Televisa (Digital Operations Analyst / Analytics Engineer), I designed and built an automated ETL pipeline (Python + Gmail API) ingesting daily transmission logs, applying validation rules, and loading results into a live Looker Studio dashboard. This eliminated 15 minutes of manual verification per shift across 3 operational shifts and improved early detection of broadcast failures.

I also developed pipelines for weekly incident reports across the GTV network, replacing 30 minutes of manual data entry and auto-generating a payroll-ready layout for the HR team. When a recurring broadcast signal failure appeared (3-month recurrence), I extracted and analyzed equipment event logs with Python, built a Power BI diagnostic dashboard with custom DAX measures, identified a firmware update as root cause, and drove a rollback that fully resolved the issue.
