At Helados Bon, S. A., I develop business applications with Microsoft Power Apps and configure Power Automate workflows to digitize processes, validate data, and automate tasks.
I integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with SharePoint to organize business information and support process management. I also design relational databases using MySQL.
In my current IT Intern role, I create Power BI dashboards for KPI monitoring and use SAP ECC to manage customer catalogs and retrieve customer information. I track service requests and incidents through Freshservice and provide platform support.
In academic projects at Instituto Tecnológico de las Américas (ITLA), I developed interactive Power BI dashboards and analyzed data using Python, R, and SQL. I also worked with Power Query, ETL processes, and Excel macros.
